I authorize the companies, schools or persons named to give any information concerning my character, ability and criminal convictions or reasons for leaving any employment and character. Anyone who may furnish any information concerning my character, ability and criminal convictions or reasons for leaving any employment now or at anytime during my employment shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or liability that may suffer in consequence thereof. I further agree that my information obtained from any source will be held confidential by the company from all persons accept as may be required by law. I understand that any falsifications, misinformation on this application will be ground for termination. NOT WITHSTANDING ANY OTHER PROVISION CONTAINED HERIN GIGGLES N’ HUGS LLC, AND THE EMPLOYEE EACH HAVE THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE THE EMPLOYMENT OF THE EMPLOYEE, AT WILL, WITH OR WITHOUT CAUSE AND WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE. FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER, OR FOR NO REASON. I further release Giggles N’ Hugs LLC from any liability from the use of this said information in their employment investigation. I understand that this document is an application for the employment. If I am employed, such employment is for an indefinite period of time, and the company can change wages, benefits and/or conditions of employment at any time. I understand that as a condition of my employment, I must be flexible on my shifts and days off and I may be required to work reasonable overtime. I understand that Giggles N’ Hugs LLC, at its discretion may change my shift and days off.
